Shipping policy

Please note, the order processing time is separate from the shipping time seen at checkout and should be considered prior to placing an order.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Following recent changes in shipping and handling regulations due to COVID-19, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. If you have not received your order within 48 hours of the expected delivery date associated with your tracking number, please contact us at RansomStudiosArt@gmail.com.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The carrier listed by your shipping charge at checkout may not be the carrier use to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us including the name of the carrier used and a tracking number.

Our primary carriers for all domestic shipments includes: FedEx and UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier is most appropriate for shipping and handling your order.

Expected delivery times can be found with the order tracking number provided in an email from us following order shipment.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through DHL or FedEx International to most countries; including, but not limited to, the following countries: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The following table is intended for our international consumers and is not an absolute representation of delivery times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us including tracking information that can be used to see its expected delivery date and/or time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ransom Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the name of the shipping carrier and a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours from order shipment for the tracking information to become available to you.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at RansomStudiosArt@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our shipping carriers, UPS, DHL, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery do not provide delivery to a PO Box. Therefore, shipping addresses containing a PO Box are not accepted for purchases made on our website.

Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS and will be shipped through an alternative carrier, such as DHL or FedEx.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at RansomStudiosArt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
